Join us this Saturday for an amazing healing nature walk facilitated by an expert hiker and holistic health practitioner, Sunny Majeedah as she helps us discover ways to combat Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD). If you tend to experience the seasonal blues or if you simply enjoy being outdoors in nature, you won't want to miss this!
Meet us at Gilbert Run Park in La Plata, MD at 10 am by the wooden brown Boathouse on the water. You can park in that parking lot or simply walk over to it from wherever you park in Gilbert Run.
Go for a walk with us, then pull a chair or blanket out of your car and feel free to chill and chat with us for a bit.
