Join us this Saturday for an amazing healing nature walk facilitated by an expert hiker and holistic health practitioner, Sunny Majeedah.
Meet us at Gilbert Run Park in La Plata, MD at 11am by the Boathouse. Go for a walk with us, then pull a chair or blanket out of your car and feel free to chill and chat with us for a bit.
